Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Wilkinsburg to deliver a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and keep the store clean and stocked.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. and perform repetitive movements.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
