Job summary

BrandsMart USA in West Palm Beach is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to act as a liaison between the cash office, customer service and returns, handling inquiries and delivering solutions in the best interest of both BrandsMart USA and the customer.

The CER must communicate with multiple departments, buyers and store personnel to find resolutions, manage daily transactions, and provide courteous support in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to read and write fluently in English.
• Basic math skills for verifying payments and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash terminals and verify purchase prices.
• Process payments and handle returns.
• Assist customers with delivery inquiries and provide courteous, efficient service.
