Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Saint Petersburg, FL to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer.

You will assist customers with questions, manage transactions at the register, stock shelves, maintain store cleanliness, and support team members with merchandise receipt and unloading trucks. A strong focus on service and safety is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or related service fields is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operating documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. and perform physical duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Assist with receiving, unloading trucks, and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
