Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Pine Bluff, AR to provide an exceptional shopping experience. You will assist customers, process sales at the register, and help with stocking and store upkeep.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior retail or service experience. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential for daily store operations and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and meet daily physical demands.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
