Job summary

Walgreens Co. is hiring a Customer Experience Associate to deliver a distinctive, friendly checkout and assist customers with products and services. You will greet customers, handle transactions, and maintain clean, well merchandised shelves.

Responsibilities include operating the cash register, processing returns, stocking and rotating stock, assisting with photo services and web pick-up orders, and upholding store policies. Must be flexible for evenings and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly checkout service.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Provides customer service in the photo area and supports web pick-up orders.
• Assists with inventory, displays, and stock rotation to keep shelves clean and well merchandised.
• Assists with exterior and interior maintenance to ensure a clean store condition.
• Complies with all company policies and procedures; maintains respectful relationships with coworkers.
