The Spinx Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a team-focused store environment in Moncks Corner, SC. The CSR will deliver fast, friendly service, support food service and retail tasks, and uphold company policies and safety initiatives to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• The Customer Service Representative must be available to work a variety of shifts including but not limited to nights, weekends and holidays.
• The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill and or ability required.
• Must be able to speak, read and write in the English language.
• Ability to work with fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situation.
• The physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and frequent bending or reaching.

• Provide all customers with fast, friendly and accurate service.
• Protect the assets of the company, including cash and inventory, and follow cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies and local, state, and federal regulations for age-restricted sales.
