• All teammates are cross-trained to perform retail and food service duties to ensure flexibility and team support.
• Perform duties in a safe manner and report accidents or hazards to management.
• Provide fast, friendly and accurate service; ensure customers feel appreciated.
• Keep an organized work area, clean sales floor, and spotless restrooms.
• Protect company assets and handle cash with accountability.
• Follow age-restricted sale policies with proper ID for verification.
• Assist with merchandising, pricing, food service and administrative requirements.
• Set a positive tone and follow Store Operations Communication Guidelines.
• Assist customers at self-checkout when applicable.
