Job summary

The Spinx Company in North Charleston, SC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service while handling cash transactions and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment.

You will be expected to work a variety of shifts, participate in cross-training, follow safety policies, and uphold food safety and quality standards that support our Core Values and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Report for scheduled shifts on time and in proper uniform with a clean, professional appearance.
• All teammates are required to be cross-trained and proficient in performing all retail and food service responsibilities to ensure flexibility and team support.
• Follow safety policies and report accidents or hazards to Store Safety Coordinator or GM.
• Provide all customers with fast, friendly and accurate service; ensure customers feel respected.
• Maintain organized work area, clean sales floor and spotless restrooms every hour of every day.
• Protect assets including cash and inventory and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Adhere to age-restricted sale policies and verify age with proper ID when required.
• Support merchandising, pricing, food service and administrative requirements.
• Set a positive tone and demonstrate knowledge of store functions.
• Follow Store Operations Communication Guidelines for effective communication.
• Assist customers and expedite lines at self-checkout areas where present.
