Job summary

Dollar Tree in Mableton, GA is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a welcoming shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help stock and maintain a clean store.

This role requires good communication, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents; experience with POS systems is a plus.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and teammates.
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
