Job summary

Qualifications

• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Register sales on the cash register and provide courteous, efficient checkout service.
• Reassess customer needs, upsell items, and manage returns, exchanges, or rain checks as needed.
• Keep counters and shelves clean, merchandised, and stocked; perform price checks when required.
• Maintain store appearance and assist with interior/exterior upkeep and display resets.
• Provide photo area services, including passport photos and poster prints, and support web pick-up orders.
