Job summary

Walgreens is hiring for a retail associate at our Springfield, New Jersey location. You will greet customers, assist with product selection, and efficiently process purchases at the register while ensuring a friendly shopping environment.

You’ll help maintain shelves, stock rotation, and displays, handle returns, exchanges, and refunds, and support photo services in the store. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is required and prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous checkout service and register sales on assigned cash register.
• Engage customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; assist with displays and stock rotation.
• Process returns, exchanges, voids, and refunds as needed.
• Provide photo area service, including passport photos and print services.
