Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.

Responsibilities

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous checkout service.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Recommends items for sale and trade-up or companion items.
• Handles cash, returns, exchanges, and refunds as needed.
• Takes inventory, checks in and prices merchandise, and keeps shelves clean.
• Implements asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss.
• Ensures compliance with state and local laws on regulated products.
• Constructs displays and completes merchandising resets as directed.
• Assists with food separation and stock rotation using FIFO where applicable.
• Provides photo area service including passport photos and poster printing.
• Supports web pick-up by monitoring orders and delivering items to customers.
• Maintains store condition and collaborates with coworkers; completes special tasks as assigned.
• Attends training and completes PPLs as required by management.
