Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our store team and provide a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales at the register, and help maintain stock, cleanliness, and security.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment. Part-time opportunities are available at this Eatonville location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail or similar customer service environments preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
