Marshalls at TJX Companies is hiring a store associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain a clean, organized store environment in Rowland Heights, CA. You will engage with customers, ring sales, promote loyalty programs, and support merchandising and loss prevention standards.

The role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, and a flexible schedule. Experience in retail is preferred and training will be provided.

• Maintains clean and organized store environment and follows procedures.
• Accurately rings purchases/returns and handles cash per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the floor.
• Participates in store recovery and safety practices.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
