Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is looking for a front-line associate at our Arlington Heights store. You will deliver a high-quality customer experience, engage with shoppers, and help maintain a clean, organized sales floor while supporting various store operations.

You should be able to work a flexible schedule, communicate effectively, and multi-task across duties such as checkout, merchandising, and customer assistance. Retail experience is a plus, and all safety and labor policies are observed.

• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to procedures
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows standards
• Keeps store clean and organized and participates in store recovery when needed
