You will engage customers, process purchases and returns, and support store operations across the sales floor and back areas.

You’ll promote credit and loyalty programs, follow merchandising standards, and participate in safety and loss-prevention efforts. A flexible schedule and retail experience are valued components.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience through engagement with customers.
• Accurately rings purchases and returns and counts change back to customers.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising philosophy and follows procedures.
• Processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor per standards.
• Participates in store recovery and upholds cleanliness and safety.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and shrink reduction programs.
• Supports other areas of the store as needed.
• Provides and accepts feedback to improve performance.
