Dollar Tree, Inc. seeks a Customer Service Associate in New York for a part-time role at our Saratoga Springs store. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help maintain stock, cleanliness, and a welcoming store atmosphere.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, restocking merchandise, and upholding safety and professional interactions with customers and colleagues. Flexible, part-time hours with opportunities for growth.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and handle frequent walking and standing.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Mansioni

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
