You may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas to support the business and ensure operational standards are met. Responsibilities include engaging customers, promoting credit and loyalty programs, processing purchases accurately, and supporting loss prevention efforts.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards.
• Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the store and supports safety awareness.
