• Provide a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean store.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back according to procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery and maintains store cleanliness.
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
