Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver a distinctive customer experience in our store locations. You will greet customers, assist with product questions, and process purchases quickly and accurately on the register while maintaining friendly service standards.

Experience in retail is preferred; strong English communication and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends are required. This role supports store operations and merchandising to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Preferred: six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior experience with Walgreens.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service at the register and throughout the store.
• Recommends items and up-sell or pair items as appropriate.
• Maintains clean, organized counters and shelves and handles price checks and stock rotation when needed.
