Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and processes transactions.
• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient checkout service.
• Engages customers and assists with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to help satisfaction.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; conducts inventory and pricing as directed.
• Implements asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss.
• Supports exterior and interior store maintenance and neat appearance.
• Assists with web pick-up and delivery of orders to customers.
