Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to create a positive shopping experience for every customer at our Wichita, KS store. You will assist shoppers, process transactions at the register, and help unload trucks and stock shelves.

The role emphasizes friendly service, safety, and clean store maintenance, with opportunities to contribute to a variety of store tasks and customer-related activities. Part-time schedule offered at this location.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, trash, and neat presentation
