Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Wichita Falls, TX. You will assist customers, handle transactions, keep the store stocked, and help unload merchandise, contributing to a safe and welcoming shopping environment.

The role requires good communication, organizational skills, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. Part-time position with diverse duties across the store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks
• Ensure a clean, safe, and presentable store environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
