Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Weatherford store team. You will assist customers, ring up purchases, and help keep the store stocked and clean while maintaining a friendly, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, assisting customers, unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and maintaining store safety. Part-time roles and flexible hours are available to support store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment is highly preferred.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
