Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Associate to join our Ringgold, GA store and help deliver a positive shopping experience.

You will assist customers, process transactions, stock shelves, unload trucks, and maintain a clean, safe store environment while providing friendly service. Previous retail or hospitality experience is preferred; lifting 30–50 lbs is required. This role offers part-time hours with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced retail team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
