Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior customer service in retail or similar sectors preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operation documents required.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and bending.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills required.
• Excellent relationship management and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage transactions at the cash register and protect cash assets.
• Maintain store cleanliness and restock merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks.
• Create a positive, safe, and respectful shopping environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
