Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, etc.).
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment as needed.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness across the store including bathrooms, floors, trash, and neat presentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
