Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team to deliver a great shopping experience. Responsibilities include assisting customers, handling transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, stocking merchandise, and supporting unloading and restocking activities at our Mercedes, TX location.

We emphasize safety, professionalism, and friendly interactions with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail or similar setting preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Physically able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
