Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Colorado to deliver a helpful shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and orderly.

The role requires ability to lift 30–50 lbs, strong customer service and communication skills, and reliability. Employment is part-time with a focus on creating a friendly, safe environment for shoppers and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, and pulling.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including restrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
