Dollar Tree Stores INC in Barnesville, GA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions at the register, keep the store stocked, and maintain a clean, safe environment for shoppers and team members.

As part of the role you’ll unload merchandise, restock shelves, and help with merchandise recovery while following store procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent movement including walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, and pushing.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks; stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment; interact professionally with customers and teammates.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash areas.
