The role emphasizes safety, friendly interactions, and teamwork with leaders, with responsibilities including unloading stock and restocking, keeping areas neat, and performing other duties as needed. High school diploma preferred; flexible part-time schedule.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or related settings is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
