Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Canyon, TX to help customers, answer questions, and process transactions at the register. You will help maintain stock, assist unloading merchandise, and ensure a clean, safe store environment.

This part-time role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, good communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior retail or service experience is preferred; you will be part of a team that values friendly

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or service experience in customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operating documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Other duties as assigned.
