Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Baker City, Oregon. You will help customers, operate the cash register, and keep the store clean and well-stocked while providing a friendly shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, grocery, or related settings is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
