Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Texas LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a friendly shopping experience by assisting customers, processing transactions, and keeping the store neat and well-stocked.

You will greet guests, answer questions, stock shelves, unload deliveries, and maintain safety and cleanliness across all areas while upholding professional interactions with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Preferred high school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail, hospitality, or grocery experience preferred.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Good organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and presentable.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
