Job summary

Family Dollar LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Pinedale, WY location. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help keep the store organized and stocked for a great shopping experience.

The role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, teamwork with leaders and associates, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment. Part-time opportunities with benefits may be available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform standing, walking, and repetitive lifting; multitask with efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
