Job summary

Family Dollar in Naples, ME is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage transactions, and ensure store cleanliness and stock levels. You’ll help unload merchandise and restock while maintaining a safe, friendly environment.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This is a part-time position with the flexibility to handle various store duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, restrooms, floors, and common areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
