Dollar Tree in Henryetta, Oklahoma, is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage transactions, stock, and maintain store cleanliness, in a part-time role.

The position requires lifting 30–50 lbs, standing for long periods, and maintaining a friendly, professional environment. You’ll work with teammates to unload trucks, restock shelves, and keep areas neat and presentable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks as described.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and team.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
