Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help deliver a great shopping experience at our Durant, OK location. You will assist customers, handle sales at the register, and help maintain a clean, organized store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail/hospitality/food or drug store customer service experience preferred.
• Able to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks, stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and colleagues.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, bathrooms, floors, and all areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
