Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Oklahoma LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Edmond, Oklahoma to help deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and keep the store stocked and clean.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. Part-time scheduling is available, with opportunities to engage in a supportive, customer-focused team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with staff and customers.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
