Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Pennsylvania LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Johnstown store. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

You will contribute to a safe, friendly shopping environment and support team members across daily operations. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and prior retail or service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
