Job summary

Family Dollar in Century, FL is seeking a Customer Service Associate to create a welcoming shopping experience. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, manage sales transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

This part-time role requires reliable attendance, the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, and strong communication and organizational skills to deliver friendly, professional service. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail or customer service is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities
