Family Dollar is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Brookville, PA to provide a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, protect cash, keep shelves stocked, receive merchandise, and ensure a clean, safe store environment.

The role requires strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. Part-time opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Strong customer service, organization and communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
