Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. seeks a customer-focused team member for TJ Maxx Store Oak Creek, WI. You will deliver a highly satisfied customer experience, engage with customers, and help maintain a clean, organized store environment. You may be cross-trained to support store needs across areas of operations.

You should have strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail setting, with a preference for prior retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store as needed to support the business.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and handles cash per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and safety.
