Job summary

TJ Maxx in Redlands, CA is hiring to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store environment. You may be cross-trained to support multiple areas of the store and to uphold company standards in operations, merchandising, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and processes merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participates in store recovery and maintains cleanliness and safety.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
