Job summary

The Marshalls store in Moses Lake, WA is hiring a retail associate to deliver a high-quality customer experience and uphold store standards. You will engage with customers, assist with purchases, and participate in store maintenance and safety programs.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, flexibility in scheduling, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Prior retail experience is a plus, and you will work alongside a supportive team in a Fortune 100 company

Responsibilities

• Models established customer experience practices with customers.
• Supports a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and follows procedures.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor according to procedures.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety on the sales floor.
• Provides and accepts recognition and feedback.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports and participates in shrink reduction goals.
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
