Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Model established customer experience practices with customers and teammates.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Accurately ring purchases and returns and handle cash according to procedures.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the floor per procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain clean, safe store conditions.
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety awareness across the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
