Responsibilities

• Models established customer experience practices with customers and store team.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising standards and procedures.
• Accurately rings purchases/returns and handles cash per SOPs.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Participates in store recovery and cleanliness initiatives.
• Supports safety and loss-prevention efforts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
