Responsibilities

• Model customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promote and support credit and loyalty programs.
• Ring customer purchases/returns accurately and handle cash per procedures.
• Maintain merchandising and store cleanliness, recover as needed.
• Assist in store safety, shrink reduction, and loss prevention efforts.
• Cross-train to support multiple store areas as needed.
• Adhere to labor laws and company policies.
