The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a willingness to perform a variety of store duties. This is a part-time position located in Woodsfield, Ohio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail, hospitality, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform cleaning and restocking of bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
