Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate for TJ Maxx in Vicksburg, MS. You will deliver a highly satisfied customer experience, interact with customers, and maintain a clean, organized store environment in line with company standards.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, promoting credit/loyalty programs, assisting in merchandising, and supporting store operations. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows merchandising standards.
• Prepares merchandise for sales floor following procedures and standards.
• Participates in store recovery and maintains store cleanliness.
• Contributes to safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Supports labor laws and company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
